Good morning
Which one are you?
Pick your name once so Home shows your own appointments, tasks and targets on this account.
Weekly plan
Everyone's appointments, one colour per person. HubSpot meetings come in automatically through the day.
How we log appointmentsBooked, walk-ins, and what counts as a presentation
- Booked appointment: book the meeting in HubSpot as normal. It appears here automatically.
- Walk-in: log the meeting in HubSpot with "Walk in" in the title (e.g. "Walk in - Smith"). It appears here as a walk-in, already marked as showed. No HubSpot? Use Log walk-in here instead (not both).
- After each booked appointment: mark it here as Showed, No show, Cancelled or Rearranged, and set who booked it and who did it.
- Presentations = booked appointments that showed + walk-ins. Handovers (striped, paperwork included) don't count.
- On Sunday, the Activity page offers these numbers for Appointments held and Presentations so you don't have to count them.

Activity
Type your week here instead of writing it on paper. It saves as you type. Each box is one thing done, so the counts add up for you. When you're done, tap Fill in my totals.
Activity
Tally on your paper tracker during the week, then put your week's totals in here before you leave on Sunday (by 8pm at the latest). It takes a couple of minutes, and the reports, Sales board and targets all update from it.

Enter a week's totals
The last six weeks side by side. A tick means that week's target was hit. Tap a week heading to load it into the form above.

Targets
Set weekly targets for each activity. Targets apply from the week you save them until you change them, so past weeks keep their own targets. The team default applies to everyone; type a number in someone's column to give them their own. Daily targets are the weekly figure spread over 5 working days.

The weekly activity sheet and the tally tracker for each salesperson, ready to print. The number of boxes in each section follows that person's targets for the week.

The week's activity in one page. Add a comment, then download it as a PDF or copy it into an email.
Deals
Worked out from the deals list, so it is always up to date. Each deal counts for the salesperson on it.
Margin sheets
Stack up the costs on a new business or part exchange deal to see the rough margin. Link it to a deal and the margin goes onto the Sales board.

Commission
What each person invoices for the month: commission on the margin of their completed deals, less their share of Josh's costs, plus any basic, override and bonuses. Josh's costs are split between the people sharing them, then divided by the team's completions that month.

Homes to view
Tap holiday homes below to add them, in the order you want them shown. Use the filters to narrow down by budget and bedrooms.
Plots & map
Each plot is outlined in its status colour. Price tags show homes for sale (purple for private sales, brown for lodge development); tap one to open it. Tap a status to show only those plots, and drag the map to move around when zoomed in.
Import owners
In Numbers, select the owner columns with their heading row (plot number, owner name, and phone or email if you have them), copy, and paste below. Or choose a CSV or Excel file. Plots are matched by number, like A12, D27 or 71a. Only the owner details on matching plots change.
Park tour
Draw the route you walk with customers, then drop numbered stops on it with what to point out at each one.

Opens the hub exactly as that person will see it: only their own numbers, quotes, tasks and HubSpot counts, everyone's appointments on the weekly plan, and none of your pages (deals, margins, commission, targets, reports, settings). Changes are switched off while you preview.
